  Hello! We’re looking for a kind, responsible, and playful young woman who speaks English and would love to spend time with our 18-month-old son, Ludovico, this summer.
  
  Ludovico is a very easygoing, cheerful, and curious toddler. He walks, runs, eats independently, sleeps well, and is starting to speak (in Italian!). We’re raising him with a screen-free, nature-based approach that focuses on hands-on play and natural materials. We’re looking for someone who enjoys spending time with young children, can invent simple games, and appreciates nature and family life.
  
  What we’re looking for:
  
  - Someone with experience caring for toddlers
  - Fluent in English
  -Loves nature, animals, and quiet countryside life
  - Enjoys playing, creating games, and being active with children
  
  Open to helping in the morning with Ludovico, and spending afternoons with the family on small trips, swimming in the pool or going to the seaside
  
  Please note: public transport is limited in the area, but we are happy to give you rides when needed.
  
  We speak Italian at home, but both my mother and I speak fluent English (my mom is a native speaker), so communication will be easy! You’ll also meet our extended family – Ludovico’s aunts and cousins often visit us during the summer.
  
  This is our second time hosting through Workaway – we had a fantastic experience last year and now have a dear friend for life, who visits us whenever she can. Ludovico is always so happy to see her again!

  When & Where:
  🗓 From July 10 to July 30
  🏡 In our large family country house near Urbino (Marche region, central Italy). The house is surrounded by nature, with a big garden and lots of beautiful trails for walking.
  
  You’ll be staying there with me, Donatella (the mom), as well as Ludovico’s grandparents (Carlo and Anna) and our black cat, Sambo. My husband Luca will visit occasionally from Milan, where he works.
  I’ll be working from home during the stay, so I’ll always be around in case you need anything or for extra support.
