Description
Young at heart woman in my 60's who is not a vegan or vegetarian
I work from home most days and am into computers, yoga, music, reading. I have a gentle, female Ragdoll cat.
Easy going, non-smoker and requesting no smokers, vapers, drugs or their usage whilst with my stay.
As I'm new to this - I'd prefer at present to host short stays 2-4 days until I get used to it.Types of help and learning opportunities
DIY and building projectsAnimal CareCreating/ Cooking family mealsHelp around the houseCultural exchange and learning opportunities
You'll get to see how wonderful Brisbane is and have a safe, respectful place to stay.
Help
In an apartment, but I'm currently needing help with sanding, would like all the floor tiles cleaned, furniture, cooking and cleaning of your room and bathroom upon leaving. Also I have a coffee machine that I cant seem to work out!.

Learning about somebody’s culture and language is a beautiful giftAccommodation
Own Bedroom and bathroom. (cat uses the toilet/bathroom but is very clean) and I will clean up after it.
What else ...
My apartment is by the Brisbane river - with public transport (bus or ferry) into the CBD.
Suggest you get a Go card prior to arrival (can get at any 7/11 store)
A ferry is a beautiful way to see the city and makes everything close.
I don't have a car space so if you do, then you'd have to find a park on the street.
Close by is Eat Street, the Spiegel Tent, currently a Twilight outdoors cinema and 2 cafes.
There's a pool and a gym in my apartment complex.
My daughter hosts workaways in NZ, so if you're lovely then I can recommend you to her as well :)A little more information
