Our family has been farming in the Eastern Townships since 1973, producing high quality maple syrup. We use modern organic agricultural methods but keep tradition alive by collecting maple sap with our work horses. We live off of the land by growing most of our own food. Our cows and goats graze in green pastures, producing delicious milk, which we transform into cheeses, yogurt, butter, and sometimes, ice cream. We have room for you in our house.

Tasks vary with the seasons : tapping maple trees, stoking the fire to boil the sap into syrup, stacking firewood, fixing pasture fences, milking cows and goats, planting, weeding, and harvesting the garden, helping with construction projects.
