  • Description

    hello dear travelers and volunteers!

    We are the beginning of a collective - designing a sustainable life based on permaculture, veganism, quantum physics, love and diversity!

    our collective is done not only physically but also in a network ... we have our friends and family that are part of it, spread throughout Brazil and around the world! everyone who has passed by is part of this, and some will even come back soon to live here.
    for now who lives here are me - Juliano and my husband Rodrigo;
    We have neighbors who are always present in our experiences, projects and works, but do not live in the same house

    We are cheerful people, and love making friends and getting to know different cultures - food, music, art, habits ... and we also love talking about ourselves, our habits, our families and our cultures.
    We find the exchange very good and important for the development of people as a society

    We like nature walks, waterfalls, mountain trails and tops with extraordinary visuals, watching the night sky, sometimes with the guitar around the campfire. we love to spend time with good people, who like to talk, sing, laugh, always witty and with positive attitude

    We are a consulting, design and production agency -
    we create and develop websites, logos, visual ID, photography, events, beauty, music, art and communication in general.
    Also we have a tiny hair salon where I attend clients once a week; the other days I teach the profession to those who want to learn and offer paid work for volunteers; above the salon our studio (still in process) where we produce the content to be released on our online channels.
    When have vacancies, we receive guests.

    At our headquarters which is also ours and volunteer's home by now, we started a "movieclub" - a free weekly event where we watch movies (most documentaries) that points an issue in our society and suggests a change to it - or at least a reflection;

    Then we start offering vegan meals, brunch, happy hours, and other activities that make it possible to develop and grow our projects and collective, aiming in move to a bigger house where we can host more volunteers, shelter animals, start growing food... and mainly, in line with these works, use the space in the downtown house to give courses and free classes for the community, teach them about sustainability, permaculture, bio-construction, politics, languages, culture, art, music, meditation, yoga, diversity, empathy, self love, quantum physics and all those subjects that need to reach everyone for this world change to happen - by bringing awareness to people and helping them develop their talents and skills;

    We need your help!
    We have friends near us that really help and support us, but to make all this happens we need more people to count on and trust to keep the good job!
    Money provided by the jobs we do as a collective is used exclusively in the expenses of our living as a collective, such as rent, electric bill, water, market, grocery, internet and gasoline;

    please be aware that:

    1) here we cherish respect and inclusion, and prioritize diversity. women, LGBT +, people of color, foreigners, refugees - everyone here is VERY welcome and respected -

    2) we love all lives, and so here the animals have a special place and are treated with the utmost respect and love. that's why we're VEGAN and our diet is strict vegetarian. we expect you to respect and embrace this as long as you're here;

    get in touch, ask your questions, introduce yourself, tell us about yourself! And welcome.

  • What else ...

    What else ...

    Here is the ideal place for those who enjoy beautiful scenery, contact with nature, waterfalls, hiking, climbing and off-road fun;
    Gastronomic experiences, traditional local events and the cozy mountainous climate.
    We are in Gonçalves, a small city in the state of Minas Gerais, with a population of less than 5 thousand inhabitants. Tourist town, quiet during the week and bustling on weekends and holidays. At the top of the Serra da Mantiqueira, we are in the fifth highest city in Brazil, which means that it is very cold here most of the year, despite the beautiful sunny days, stunning visuals and beautiful view of the night sky; the contact with nature has awakened us to important questions and to our true self, and for this we are grateful!
    To get here from Sao Paulo (SP), there are daily buses from Tietê Bus Terminal to Paraisópolis (MG) - nearest town, 20 minutes from here. Then, there is taxi, bus or hitchhiking to get here
