Description
We are a family of 5 living in the beautiful, wild Herekino, located 25 minutes from Kaitaia in the Far North.
We have a beef farm and also run a few sheep. Our eldest son is 7 and loves learning about and exploring this world. Our daughter has just turned 5 and enjoys school, climbing and playing with dolls. Our youngest is almost 3. He is a real little farm boy, loving animals and helping his Dad and Mum on the farm. We would love some help with our household , garden and family life. You can expect to help with gardening, general household maintenance, childcare, housework and cooking. Experience isn't necessarily required, but a good attitude and a willingness to learn and work hard is. *You will not be required to do any farm work.
When not working on our farm, we like to take little adventures around the area and enjoy our local beaches and we'd love to share these with you. The fishing and diving is amazing too. We love to meet new people and learn about different cultures and share our own.

Help
We need people who are good with young children, can handle some physical work in our garden. You could be required to help garden, cook, clean and improve our outdoor space . If you are inquisitive, show initiative and are willing to learn, we would love to meet you!

Accommodation
You will have a queen sized bed in your own room in our house. Cooking and bathroom facilities will be shared with us. Food will be provided, with some cooking shared. You are also welcome to stay in your campervan etc on our property.
What else ...
Hours may vary depending the time of year, but will be no more than 5 hours a day, with regular days off, to be decided between us on arrival. We live within 40 minutes of both East and West Coast beaches and some lovely bush areas. Cape Reinga is about 1.5 hours drive from our home.
We work hard, but love to make time for our family, friends and new experiences. We would like someone who is polite, kind and curious. Enjoying children is a must!
