Description
Hello,
we are Nina and Simon (siblings).
Unfortunately, our father passed away last year. We would now like to revive his estate, a wonderful hunting lodge from 1915 and the huge garden.
There are countless jobs to be done around the house, in consultation with us but in a self-organised way. These are, for example, painting, laying fibre optic cable in the garden, gardening, restoration, maintenance, organizing online sales.
You are welcome to use the house, the garden, the workshop and the music room (piano) for your own creative work or energy work.
The small and old hunting lodge is an idyllic resting place and power spot for people who want to enjoy nature. In the morning you can see the deer and pheasants from the kitchen and the terrace. Nevertheless, the village of Hausmannstätten can be reached in 2 minutes, Graz is 15 minutes away by public bus.
On your own initiative, a mixture of peace, nature, village life and city culture is possible.
We expect you to work at least 20 hours per week. We offer you completely free time management, food and of course we can make some trips together :). You will find an energy place with a lot of peace and atmosphere in a small village and 15m next to a wonderful town for your own.
We are both living in Graz, which means that you will have the place mostly for your own and that you have to cook for our own.Types of help and learning opportunities

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
On the one hand, this is a place of power for the possibility of doing energy work. On the other hand, there are many possibilities because it is in the middle of Styria. You can go hiking, visit cultural exhibitions, the Graz Opera, the famous Styrian wine route. Or you can make day trips to Solvenia or Croatia. Vienna is 2 hours away by car.
