Description
I am living in the North West of Ireland near to Sligo. We are near to the town but still very much in nature.Sligo has some of the best surfing and beaches in Ireland. There is vast open Atlantic coast and the beauty of the Ox mountains and Benbulben.
I live here with my son who attends a democratic school, I teach meditation and yoga and we would love to host someone who could participate in our family by helping with some hours of care for my son who is 12 lives surfing, rock climbing, hiking and gaming.

I am a yoga and meditation teacher. I train teachers in Yoga and I teach meditation in many spaces. I have lived in India for three years, studied with many teachers Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield , Ramesh Balsekar and I am happy to share and include where possible people staying with us in this if they would like.
Locally Sligo is full of ancient Irish sites, I am not a exper But would enjoy exploring these with a workawsy and my son.
The surf in the area is excellent and is a big draw for the international surf community.
A car is probably important to get around but there is local transport within a 20 minute walk

Help
Mostly I would appreciate someone who would be happy to help with some care for my son. It would include one weekend a month (days only) and some hours during the week when I am teaching.
We are vegetarian and have a pet so we would love someone to join us that was happy with that lifestyle.
