    Description

    We are operating a small hostel/lodge which is in Hakuba Japan, close to the Goryu ski resort. We hope to provide a lovely stay for guests while they have a good time skiing/snowboarding.

    Working Holiday Terms of Appointment:

    1. Position
    You will be employed with the title of Hospitality Assistant

    2. Date of Commencement
    You will be engaged for a period of 2-3 months. Your commencement date will be from 12th December 2025 to 2026.

    3. Salary
    You will receive 900yen per hour. Pay at the end of the month.

    4. Allowances and Expenses
    -For the 3 months Assistants they will have an Hakuba all mountains season pass!!For the 1-2 months Assistants they will only have the Goryu/47 ski resort passes.
    -Accommodation and meals will be shared.

    The normal shift will be 2 days off a week. But might be varied depends on the daily tasks.

    mixed culture lives in a world famous ski resort in Japan.Sharing the fun experience, may be gardening a team to the mountain. And after you can travel around the Japan and enjoy the culture and living.

    -Accommodation and meals will be shared.

    - Clean rooms and toilets/change beddings –sheets and towels .
    - Clean and vacuum common areas including basement areas.
    - Assist with breakfast preparation, service and clean up.
    - Shovel snow and keep driveway /stairs and porch clear of snow and ice.
    - Pick up and drop off guests upon arrival and departure.
    - Attend to guests questions and assist as required.
    - Bar/Dinner operations might be also good to have.
    - All other duties deemed necessary for the day to day activities of the lodge.
