  Hi, we are a French and Italian couple running a 6-room guest-house in a dream setting, in Montepulciano, Tuscany.
  We moved to Italy 7 years ago and renovated this farmhouse which was in ruins for the next 3 years. We've been open to guests for 4 years now, and we are loving it. The region (Val d'Orcia) is beautiful, and we are lucky to have very nice guests!
  We love cooking, meeting new people and hosting them, and enjoy traveling in the winter!

  We speak Italian, French & English. I have lived in 5 countries and my wife, 7. In our team, we have someone from Albania, The Gambia, Costa Rica, Italy, so we welcome people from all cultures - as long as you already have the paperwork to work in Italy!
  I am a Chef, with a lifetime experience in the hotel industry. If you want to learn more on how to run a small hotel operation, you're in the right place!

  Help

  We are looking for someone to help with welcoming guests and serving breakfast & dinner (our restaurant is open 4 nights a week). We might also ask you to do some gardening, light maintenance & house-keeping. If you're good at social media, we could also use a hand there!
  Most of our guests speak English, so please ONLY apply if your English is VERY good, and if you enjoy contact with guests.
  We are very precise, so we're looking for someone who likes a job well done.
  We are non-smokers so this position is only for a non-smoker.
  Shared housing is provided off-site (walkable distance), in the center of Montepulciano, with easy access to shops, buses & all necessities.
  This is a paid position, 10€ (gross) per hour.
  Please apply only if you are available AT LEAST for 2 months (more is better).
  Our preference is for someone young, preferably a student taking a year off and willing to stay for the whole season (April to October included). There is a two-week break at the end of July, so that is a chance to visit other parts of Italy as well.

  Accommodation

  Housing is provided in a shared apartment in the center of Montepulciano (outside of the historic center), with a large shared living-room & kitchen, bathroom, toilet.
  We do not provide meals, therefore meals can be prepared and shared at the apartment.

  What else ...

  Montepulciano is reachable by bus, located in the heart of Tuscany, you will love it if you enjoy photography, hiking, nature and animals.
  As we are non-smokers, smoking is not allowed, either at the guest house or in the apartment.
  We are fine hosting either a single person, or two friends / a couple sharing a room at the apartment, working two part time jobs instead of one full-time job (work schedules will be different since we only need one person at a time).
  Schedules vary from day to day. Breakfast is every working day from 7:45 to approximately 10 or 11. Dinner is 4 nights a week from approximately 6:30pm to 9pm. Check-ins vary a lot and will be confirmed a few days in advance.
