Hi there! Welcome! My name is David. Right now, I'm slowly restoring and renovating a traditional fisherman house in a little village in Macau and would love to have your help!

I, myself am learning new skills such as woodwork, bottle crafting, woodcarving and electric wiring and would be really happy to share or trade my newly acquire skills.

I would love to acquire new skill or new ideas about renovating houses, improving the larger community by building upcycling street furnitures. If you have these skills, please do send me a message and we can talk about the possibilities. If not, we can read some books, watch a video or two then to do some trial and error and figure things out ourselves. I also love cooking and I'm working on a green business project. Its a project where I grow hydoorganic plants in the house.

If you are interesting in green projects, upcycling and learning and doing handy work.
This is the place for you!

You will have your own house with a detached and shared kitchen. This is actually the house we are renovating, I have manage to finish most of the work on the upstairs where you will be staying. It was quite comfortable during spring or fall, but it might be a bit hot in the summer or a bit cold in the winter months. This translates to waking up before 9:30am in the summer and an extra blanket in the winter.

I do live a bit out of the city center, so it might take 25mins by bus to get to city centre. I also have two puppies and there are other dogs around the village.

Macau might seem small in the map, yet its pack a lot of secrets alleys and shops. If you would like to experience and explore the depth of a city that is blooming and growing by the day. This place can easily outpace your imagination.
Transportation is 24 hours around the clock. It is also a very walkable city, but i would advise against cycling.

I don't have internet at home, but there is a public library about 10 ~ 15 mins pleasurable walk away and they have internet access from 7 am - 1 am.
The local beaches are about 10 minutes bus ride away, or if you prefer swimming in a public pool, or hiking in the mountains or enjoying a picnic and reading a book while sun bathing you can hike up the trails around the house.
