  Hello, I own a plot of land in the Alentejo countryside.
  This one-hectare plot of land is located close to a small typical and quite cosmopolitan village.
  This land benefits from water and electricity. And the ruin is allowed to be renovated.
  I am looking to develop a collaborative project. Landscaping, vegetable garden, cider house...

  The grounds benefit from mains water and electricity and there is an outdoor kitchen. You can easily park a camper van or pitch a yurt. The land is sloping but quite a few areas are terraced
  
  
  Os jardins beneficiam de água da rede e eletricidade e há uma cozinha exterior. Você pode facilmente estacionar uma van campista ou arremessar uma yurt. A terra é inclinada, mas algumas áreas são em terraços

  This area is very quiet and secluded.
  The village is a 15-minute walk away.
  The ideal car is a 4x4 or a motorcycle, mountain bike or horse.
  There are very nice villages and very good little restaurants in the area.
  Beautiful beaches, beautiful walks and riverside swimming.

  A aldeia fica a 15 minutos a pé.
  O carro ideal é um 4x4 ou uma motocicleta, mountain bike ou cavalo.
  Há aldeias muito agradáveis e muito bons pequenos restaurantes na área.

  Pets are welcome. The land is only partially fenced. But I have nothing against animals... Dogs, horses, chicken coop ect are welcome. Animais de estimação são bem-vindos. O terreno está apenas parcialmente vedado. Mas não tenho nada contra os animais... Cães, cavalos, galinheiro ect são bem-vindos
