    Description

We are a family of 4 with 2 children aged 10 & 8. Paul is a musician & landscape architect and advanced ashtanga yoga practitioner. Valley is a director of a thriving local outdoor theatre company.
We regularly work at local festivals (Splendour in the Grass, Falls Music Festival, Circus Festival, Mullumbimby Music Festival) and enjoy being involved in community activities.
The children (Talulah & Cherry) go to the local Steiner School, are very musical and also go to the local Circus School in Mullumbimby.

Our property is set within one the most beautiful rainforest environments in the world. Just 10 minutes drive from the town of Mullumbimby (25 minutes drive from Byron Bay), much of the property is covered in rainforest.
The upper part of the property with incredible views across the valley (where the original old farm house and studio sits) is open grassland with many established tropical fruit trees, large vegetable garden and chicken shed.

Wilsons creek borders the land and is perfect for a cooling swim on a hot day. There are many native animals to be seen such as koala's, Padimelons (small kangaroos), goannas, frogs, birds, bandicoots, bats, pythons (not dangerous) and if you're lucky platypus in the creek.
