    Description

Welcome to an intentional/cohousing community nestled in the beautiful North Eifel, about 50 kilometers south of Cologne, a vibrant student city with plenty of cultural opportunities.

Our small community was founded in 2015 by a German and a Bulgarian couple and has grown into a home for people of different ages and life paths. At the moment, nine people (born between 1974 and 2022), four dogs, and several chickens share life on the premises. The old farmhouse and barn are surrounded by approximately 4,200 square meters of land — a space where nature, work, and community life come together.

Every year, new projects emerge from our shared as well as individual ideas and needs — from gardening and caring for fruit trees, to woodwork, car, camping van, and bicycle maintenance, renovation work, construction, house cleaning, the creation of sweat lodges, and more. We like to solve many things ourselves, and we truly appreciate people who are willing to contribute their hands, skills, and hearts.

We are located on top of a hill (470 m altitude) near Bad Münstereifel, a beautiful historic medieval town with a charming atmosphere. The surrounding landscape is very inviting for hiking and biking, and the region a little further south is known for its distinctive volcanic scenery, offering many opportunities to enjoy nature in a unique setting.

As children, adolescents, and adults live in our space, we especially welcome people who feel comfortable connecting with different age groups. Whether you bring professional experience or simply the willingness to lend a hand, we are happy to meet you and share life with you here.

Languages spoken: German, English, some French, and a little Spanish.
