    Description

We, Bas and Monique are the dutch owners of a camping site, in the middle/southern France in the beautiful Corrèze. This is a small fine charming campsite located next to Lac de Triouzoune (dam and recreational lake). A forest, water-rich (lakes, rivers and waterfalls) and hilly area (600m) close to Plateau de Millevaches, on the edge of the Auvergne with beautiful views of the mountain peaks of the Cantal (Puy Mary) and 7km from the Dordogne river. We moved here sept 2019 to completely change our lives. And we did, and we are happy and greatefull. We have transfered the camping into a happy place, where we (can) meet beautiful people. We have renovated the buildings, terrain etc. If you could take the time to read our recenses on google and zoover, you will find out, what the people think of us.

Are you looking for a fun and varied holiday job on a small charming campsite in central/southern France, department Corrèze? Then we may have the right job for you. Your benefit will be to have an exchange with people on holiday, so with a smile on there faces (normally). You can learn a lot in different ways, because we can use your help on every level. We do every there is to do ourselfs and hopefully with your help in de summer. We will provide you with a standard France wage (SMIC) and an accommodation (26m2). We could share meals together.

What your job (and ours will be in the summer):
    - Reception (informing guests and checking in/out) - Restaurant (service & bar) - Swimming pool (correction of guests/cleaning) - Cleaning (sanitary and rental accommodations) - Children's entertainment - Feeding the animals - Mow de lawn - Making music if you can by the campfire. It looks like a lot, there is a lot to do, but we have all day ;-)

Are you customer/friendly, absolutely flexible, do you know how to tackle things. No 9-5 mentality. From mid-July to mid-August it will be busy at the campsite and extra effort is necessary. On the other hand, in June you will have more time for yourself and to discover the area. And it is possible you can stay longer when you like, perhaps not to work, that depends on how busy it is.
We love our job, so we guess you would to. Be welcome and contact us! We prefer dutch speaking.

Are you looking for a fun and varied holiday job on a small charming campsite in central/southern France, department Corrèze? Then we may have the right job for you.

For next summer (Start of June to end of August or longer depending our contact) we are looking for a coworker. We do not have any other employees, it is just Bas and Monique, so feel free to join our small team to help out with everything we do here on the campsite. For example: Welcome the guests, show them there spot or help them find one. Inform them about things to do in the area. Be kind and helpfull with all their needs. Also the restaurant is something we need help with (service & bar), poolboy or girl to clean the pool and keep an eye, sometimes even tell swimming guests about the do's and don'ts. We love to entertain, by choosing childrens games, or organise marsmallow evenings, play music, guitar, sing, organise jeu de boules games etc. Every thing not according a list but sponatiously. But we also need help cleaning the sanitairy building and mobil homes. As also do small jobs, for instance when something is broken and need to be fixed. Or someone fell and need to visit the hospital. With us it is all about service.
    We can tell you stories....
Again, we do everything ourselves and TOGETHER.

Your benefit will be to have an exchange with people on holiday, so with a smile on there faces (normally). You can learn a lot, like mentioned above.

We will provide you with a standard France wage (SMIC) and an accommodation (26m2)

So are you customer-friendly, absolutely flexible, do you know how to tackle things, do you speak a few words across the border and do you like camping life? Then we offer you a great experience.

We have had many employees over the last 5 years, which we found through several ways , but we found out that we prefer someone who is looking for a different way of life, an 'open minded' person, a possible future camping owner who wants to try or someone who is searching for living in an other country.

From mid-July to mid-August it will be busy at the campsite and extra effort is necessary. On the other hand, there will absolutely be moments that you can go and discover the surroundings of the beautifull Haute-Correze. Better even, when you do so, then you have seen what the guest will see.
When you like, you can stay longer even till october, we can work that out together.
