Dairy team, help from the pasture to cheese making in Austria

  Description

  We host a team of max. 5 people, 65 dairy cows summer and I process their milk into cheese and butter. The place is open from June to September. I am the alpine dairyman and most of the time at the alpine pasture (the shepherds are out in the fields with the animals during the day) and so I am also responsible for the physical well-being of the team (my wife & our 2 sons take on this task mostly during the summer holidays)
  Seeking someone interested in who has dairy processing and household chores.
  We also have a small inn, if you like you can help there too.
  
  
  Wir bewirten Team, aus max. 5 Personen, 65 Milchkühe sommern und ihre Milch wird von mir zu Käse und Butter verarbeitet. Geöffnet ist die Alm von Juni bis September. Ich bin der Senner und die meiste Zeit bei der Alm (die Hirten sind tagsüber mit den Tieren auf der Weide) und somit bin auch ich für das leibliche Wohl des Teams zuständig (meine Frau & unsere 2 Söhne übernehmen diese Aufgabe großteils in den Sommerferien)
  Ich suche jemanden, der Interesse an, der Milchverarbeitung hat und Haushaltstätigkeiten übernimmt.
  Die hat auch eine kleine Gastwirtschaft, wenn du magst, kannst du auch dort mithelfen.

  Helping out in the alpine dairy with cheese and butter production, taking on everyday work in the alpine pastures, e.g. cook for the employees (max. 5 people with you), keep the place tidy, whereby everyone here takes care of it together ;-)
  
  Mithilfe in der Sennerei bei der Käse- und Butterherstellung, Mithilfe im Stall zB. melken und Stall säubern, Arbeiten im Almalltag übernehemn wie zb. kochen für die Mitarbeiter (mit dir max. 5 Personen), die ort ordentlich halten, wobei hier alle gemeinsam dafür sorgen ;-)
