Description
Hi, my name is Elisabeth. I live in Vienna with my 3 year old daughter Paulina and we are searching for a live in AuPair. Paulina goes to Kindergarten and is a very talkative and active kid. We usually do lot's of activities in the afternoon like museums, playground, swim class, painting or music classes. On weekends we like to meet friends and enjoy the nature around Vienna. We love biking and hiking and all kinds of sports.
We live in a spacious duplex flat with garden in the 13th district only minutes away from the U-Bahn. There is a bright beautiful extra room in the flat for the AuPair.
I am searching for somebody who is willing to stay at least 6 months (the longer the better).
There are very specific regulations for Au Pairs in Austria - you can read all about it online:Types of help and learning opportunities
Babysitting and creative play
Creating/ Cooking family meals
Help around the house
Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
We want an AuPair that is interested to join our little family and be part of our everyday life. Vienna is a beautiful city that offers so many wonderful activities. We want to show you around and make you feel at home here. You can learn the language and see how families live in Austria. We also have a little flat in a Ski resort, which you are free to use on weekends if you want to (or just join us when we go there).

Help
The Au Pair should pick up Paulina from Kindergarten 3 times a week and do all kinds of fun things with her (zoo, museum, playground, classes) until around 5/6pm. As mentioned before we usually plan activities for the afternoon. You should have a playful personality and love spending time with children.
Furthermore there would be one or two nights a week for additional babysitting.
You should be willing to help with household tasks like helping to clean the kitchen after eating, doing an occasional load of laundry for Paulina, if necessary cooking meals for Paulina or preparing snacks for her in the afternoon. I do have a cleaning lady who comes once a week, so no need for heavier tasks like cleaning etc.Languages

You will have your own room (that you can of course lock) with a bed (single that can be turned into a double), a cupboard and a desk. You would share a bathroom with my daughter and myself. We are very clean and value a tidy flat.
In the downstairs area there is a large kitchen and living room plus a terrace and a garden. What else ...
There is nothing you can't do in Vienna. It is such a beautiful place with a high quality of life. With the subway right in front of our door you can visit the city center in 15 mins and have all options to enjoy the city. I also have a car, that you can use but as Vienna has one of the best public transport systems in the world you will hardly need it.
There are various German schools, where you can do German classes in the mornings (I will pay for half of the costs).A little more information
