  I am in the process of laying tiles on the floor (terracotta), you can see the start of the construction in the photo. I would be very happy to welcome you for this project the week of may 9 to 15 may :)
  
  I live in a mountain village (Massif des Bauges in Savoie) near Chambéry (20 minutes by car). For 4 years I have been renovating an old barn with natural materials (cork, earth, lime, wood). This house is in the center of a small hamlet with very nice neighbours, there is also a garden with vegetable patch, chicken coop and apiaries on the hill. Currently I am finishing the earth finishing coats, installing a bathroom, sanding and undercoat before natural casein paint. I have just finished a professional retraining with obtaining a baker's CAP. My next project is to install an organic sourdough bakery in part of the house. But there is a communal wood oven in the hamlet, we can light it to make pizzas or bread! In the village, we are lucky to have a craft brewery with good local beers, a bar, concerts and very nice friends! And for those who love the mountains, it is possible to go hiking from the house (pointe de la Galoppaz 1680m), for those who love cold water there is the Ternez canyon next to the house and for swimming the Lac de la Thuile 7 km away. I will therefore be very happy to welcome motivated people to help me with the renovation of the house and who love the mountains, nature, animals (a border collie dog too ;)), music and of course meals. friendly.   je suis en train de poser des tomettes au sol (terre cuite), vous pouvez voir en photo le début du chantier. Je serais très heureux de vous accueillir pour ce chantier la semaine du 26 février au 3 mars :)
  
  Je suis installé dans un village de montagne (Massif des Bauges en Savoie) à côté de Chambéry (20 minutes en voiture). Depuis 4 ans je rénove une ancienne grange avec des matériaux naturels (liège, terre, chaux, bois).
  Cette maison est au centre d'un petit hameau avec des voisins très sympas, il y a également un jardin avec potager, poulailler et des ruchers sur la colline.
  Actuellement je suis en train des finir les enduits de finition terre, installation d'une salle de bain, ponçage et sous couche avant peinture naturelle à la caséine.
  Je viens de terminer une reconversion pro avec l'obtention d'un CAP de boulanger. Mon projet ensuite est d'installer un fournil bio au levain dans une partie de la maison. Mais il y a un four à bois communal dans le hameau, nous pourrons l'allumer pour faire des pizzas ou du pain !
  Dans le village, nous avons la chance d'avoir une brasserie artisanale avec de bonnes bières locales, un bar, des concerts et des amis biens sympa !
  Et pour ceux qui aiment la montagne, il est possible de partir en randonnée de la maison (pointe de la Galoppaz 1680m), pour ceux qui aiment l'eau froide il y a le canyon Ternez à coté de la maison et pour la baignade le lac de la Thuile à 7 kms.
  Je serai donc très heureux d'accueillir des personnes motivées pour m'aider sur la rénovation de la maison et qui aiment la montagne, la nature, les animaux (un chien border collie aussi ;)), la musique et bien-sur les repas conviviaux.

  Accommodation

  To see according to the number of people: in the house, there is a lot of space but under construction so certainly need to move according to the work. In the garden, I have a large tent to put up where you can stand up. I have mattresses available, no bathroom, only a shower cabin in a room with possible privacy :) Dry toilet outside in a small hut. A large kitchen to make good meals and a space for a fire outside where you can spend beautiful evenings!!!
  
  A voir selon le nombre de personnes : dans la maison, il y a beaucoup de place mais en travaux donc certainement besoin de bouger selon les travaux. Dans le jardin, je dispose d'une grande tente à monter où l'on tient debout.
  J'ai des matelas à disposition, pas de salle de bain, uniquement une cabine de douche dans une pièce avec intimité possible :)
  Toilette sec dehors dans une petite cabane.
  Une grande cuisine pour faire de bons plats et un espace pour un feu dehors où l'on pourra passer de belles soirée !!!
