Description
We have a 7 hectare bush block at the foot of the beautiful Blue Mountains region of NSW. We are a couple with three adult children and six grandchildren, and we are blessed to have them living close by. We have projects that include painting, gardening and ongoing fencing for a few sheep, goats and poultry.

We love our guests to enjoy our local area where we have lovely local bushwalks. The Blue Mountains are easily accessible by car or train and offer spectacular walking and hiking trails. This area is great for people who love the outdoors. We also offer a quiet, comfortable place to stay for people who want to rest from a busy travelling schedule.

Help
We are looking for people to help us out around the property. We are keen to develop vegetable gardens and the land more generally. Our garden is evolving and due to the nature of our property there is also always cleaning and maintenance. No special skills are required and we are always very grateful for any assistance in these areas.

We have a comfortable on site caravan, with two single beds, kitchen and separate bathroom and laundry facilities adjacent.

Our property is a bush block located 10 minutes from Lithgow, a town at the foot of the world heritage listed Blue Mountains region west of Sydney in New South Wales. Lithgow is on the Blue Mountains city link rail system to Sydney so day or weekend trips to the city are easily arranged. There are many walking trails close to our property and in the Blue Mountains.

I spent 3 weeks with Sharyn and David. I had an awesome time, great laughs & great food. Sharyn would always try to take me to beautiful places after work or would drop me at the station so I could go and hike the Blue Mountains for the day. Amazing bushwalks to be done ! Would defs recommend to stay at theirs !

We had a lovely time at sharyn and davids place. After we did our job for the day they would always try to show us a new, great place, so we could see a lot of the surroundings. They have lovely dogs as well. I loved cuddling the small dogs. The family is kind and we had lots to laugh about. We had heaps of fun! Kangaroos for sure as well!
