Description
Hello there! We are an international family residing in the charming North of Italy, in a small city situated on the hills
between the vibrant cities of Bologna and Modena in the Emilia-Romagna region.
Our lively household consists of two adorable and active boys, aged 5 and 7 (as of March 2025). They're fluent in both Italian and Lithuanian, and we're excited to introduce them to the world of English or Spanish with your help.
Meet the family members:
Inga: A creative spirit from Lithuania, managing a small business.
Angelo: Yours truly, working as a general manager in the hotel industry.
At this moment, we're seeking a warm and friendly individual to assist with household tasks and care for our boys while we're at work. We envision you playing the role of a big sister or brother to our youngsters.
Your main responsibilities would include maintaining the household (keeping the kitchen in order, handling laundry, grocery shopping, and helping the kids organize their toys). Additionally, we may need your support in taking one of our boys to music or sports activities, staying home with them in the evenings when we have events to attend, and occasionally assisting with school pickups or drop-offs (all within walking distance).
Our cozy home is located in a small town near Bologna and Modena, with lots of nature around. Conveniently, there are buses connecting us to bigger towns.
You will be staying in your own room which is a studio and is shared during the day, you will also share a bathroom with the kids (we have two bathrooms in our appartment).
Feel free to ask any questions! We're eager to welcome you into our home and make your stay in Italy an unforgettable experience. 🏡💫
Warning notice:
By Italian law, we are required to inform the local authorities of the presence of any guest staying with us. If you choose to spend some time with us, we will need a copy of your id to include in the declaration of hospitality. Non-EU citizens can only spend 90 days in the Schengen area (of which Italy is a member state). If they intend to spend more than 90 days in Italy (or any other Schengen country), they will need a visa. The visa can only be obtained from an Italian consulate located in their country of origin prior to departure and it is essential to apply for a permit to stay in Italy.Types of help and learning opportunities

It felt like I was part of the family than just someone who is working for them.
