We are a family with 2 children at home that we home educate. We live on a small property with a variety of animals and self sufficiency style projects such as the start of a food garden and biochar making. We also make our own soap and preserves such as jam and relish when time allows. Tammy (mum) is studying full time and Robb (dad) looks after most of the farm projects.

Help around the house
We love having travellers stay and love learning about them and their culture. We are willing to share our knowledge of permaculture and Robb loves to teach people new skills such as driving, using tools in the shed and more.
There will be a variety of things we want help with ranging from helping the children with schoolwork, chores and meal prep to helping with projects on the property (permaculture projects, renovating, gardening) to feeding animals or helping tidy the house.
Accommodation is an onsite caravan and you would share the family bathroom. We encourage you to come and interact and socialise with us as part of our family. It is expected that you will help with the weekly housekeeping and with washing dishes and cooking the evening meal. All meals are provided. NSI.
We are 15 minutes from the nearest small town (Gin Gin) and 40 minutes from the nearest large town (Bundaberg) with shopping centres, cinemas, Bundaberg Rum factory etc so a drivers license would be an advantage but not essential.
