Description
Hi Workawayers! We are Gloria and Matteo, the owners of a B&B located in the sunny Algarve, south of Portugal.
For the winter months between November and February, we are looking for an handy guy who can really help us with maintanance of our B&B.
In return we offer a flat with heating, private bathroom with shower, wi-fi and utility bills included plus a salary of 500 euros per month.

Several times a year we do also run retreats focused on local gastronomy, so during those days you will be involved in many different workshops and interest activities sucs as citrus picking, grape harvesting, cooking, and we'll share funny moments all together.

Help
The work to be carried out this winter 2022 is as follows:
Remove and replace two wooden floors inside two rooms of 25 square metres each.
Apply protective oil to the wooden surfaces of the garden sheds (2 sheds of 40 square metres each). This work requires removing the surface layer of the previous stain and then applying the oil.
Plant approximately 100 fruit trees. (Dig, plant and place irrigation).
Help place a fence of about 100 metres around the perimeter of the land where the fruit trees will be planted.
All this work is to be done over a period of 4 months, from November 2022 to February 2023, considering 4 hours of work per day. (mornings from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.)

Accommodation
We offer a private accomodation in a detached annex, with bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchenette. Fiber Optic Wi-Fi in your room and outdoor areas.

Beside the B&B we run a tour company and organize private events for small groups such as family gatherings and reunions. We provide catering and organize the venue/logistic.
