Anne, Julien, Salomé et Zacharie are a beautiful family. Every day, it was a pleasure to help them with the chores and to share other moments together during the day (cooking, going to drama plays, meeting the neighbors). All four of them were always attentive to making me feel at home, patient with my French, which is not yet very good.
The work was very varied and I enjoyed it all! I helped with the carpentry in the hangar, volunteered with Anne at the local and associative grocery store and did some gardening.
Thanks again for the coffee and infusion moments, the comic strips, the picnics by the sea, the green beans, the racquetball matches, the good conversations and everything else.
See you soon in France or Italy!

… read more pleasure to host Eleonora during 2 weeks.
She's always ready to help, for carpentry work, playing with the kids or in the garden.
It was nice to discuss about her culture and many other things.
The only thing that happened to be difficult was to say good bye!

I stayed with this lovely family for 10 days in March '23 and I really enjoyed my stay. Anne and Julien made me feel like home and made sure I had everything I needed. They cooked delicious food and I got to make my very own crêpe on the traditional breton crêpe maker - that was fun.
For the work part I did gardening, cutting branches, weeding,

Overall I enjoyed my stay in this very cool house they build, the kids are very sweet, calm and curious and I had some interesting conversations with Anne and Julien who both speaks english very well. And lastly I will not forget the cat sneaking into my room in the morning to cuddle :) Thanks for having me! It was a pleasure to meet you all.Left by host for Workawayer (Julie4)
Julie was our first workawayer at home, and the whole family enjoyed the week. She was very nice with the kids, talkative, calm and easy going. She gave us a hand in the garden : cut some branches from the apple tree pruning, prepared some garden beds, did some weeding,.. Julie also cooked a danish diner for the last night, and the kids loved it.

And.... she is a professional bowling player ;)
