We need a english speaker preferent irish or british, but the most important is your profile fits with us. I think you must love speding time with kids and get along with them. Encoraging the girls to speak, read and write in English as much as posible must be the goal.
We prefer long periods (at least 3 months), because we think is better for the girls, but we have flexibility. If you stay at home we want that you feel as a member of the family.
The work would be to spend time with the girls playing, speaking and teaching english. Now they can undestand and speak English quite good, but they need improve vocabulary and reading and writing skills..
Besides, I need improve my English, so you could help to practice my speaking and writing.
