Description
Hi everyone!
We are the new managers of the hostel in Montañita beach, Ecuador. We are continuing the legacy of the hostel and it is a dream come true to us. started managing in 2023. We are looking for fun loving volunteers
to help us keeping the hostel fun and entertaining. If you love beerpong, you will love it here. No Spanish is required. No previous experience needed just the will to learn and help.
We are looking for volunteers to help us around with activities, art projects, surf lessons (advanced, knowledge, and groovy surf instructors), DJs, or anyone willing to make everyone feel the place like a community.
We host events with live music, surfing lessons by a professional instructors, horse riding and tours and much more.
Our team is made out of local and kind workers.
Our staff is known for been cheerful and very helpful with our customers and volunteers. They will be very happy to attend your needs and requests.
If you or any travellers are interested in joining the my project is more than welcome
We host yoga classes, organize surfing lessons.

Here, we can help you arrange different activities so you will always have something to do. Explore the area, meet people, ride a horse at the beach, or some yoga lessons. Learn a foreigner language with our staff or from fellow travelers. We can arrange regular spanish classes with a professional instructor or surfing lessons with local surf professionals. Improve your culinary skills with our star chef.

Our schedules are very flexible. The idea is to also have volunteers be part of the hostel activities and enjoy their time while helping out.
You can help start early setting the common area and making sure everything is well organized.
Or help us in the evening with making sure everyone is having a good time with the activities we have during the day.

We provide a shareroom with a restroom for our volunteers. We provide with one free meal and ingredients for the other two meals. Let us know if you need extra accomodations
Our volunteers may use the kitchen from 8 am to 8 pm to prepare their meals. We can give you some storage space for your groceries.

i spent two weeks here and really enjoyed it. lots of parties, lots of surfing and the work was nice and easy - mainly serving drinks / food and entertaining guests. the manager David is very kind and accommodating . I would definitely recommend!

Volunteering here was a good experience. We stayed there 2 weeks, and when we went there there weren't lots of guests because it was low season.

At the hostel in Montañita, I had a lot of fun. I got to practice my surfing everyday, and practice my Spanish. you get to meet people from all over the world and make lots of friends. usually the activities,going out and surfing are done with the whole group which makes it easier for lone travelers.

Volunteering here was my first time using Workaway and I’m super happy I did it. I stayed at the hostel for 1 month. The first 2 weeks were rather calm because of the weekend lockdown. This is the best hostel in Montanita. I have worked and stayed in other hostels in town and although it was fun for a day or two the loud music late into the night started to catch up with me.
