    Hi everyone!

    We’re looking for fun-loving volunteers to help keep our hostel lively, welcoming, and entertaining.

    Every day we organize surfing trips for beginners, intermediate, and advanced surfers, plus a variety of activities for both guests and volunteers. We’re always open to new ideas and projects — whether it’s menu suggestions, artwork, craftsmanship, events, or anything else that makes the place better.

    If you love surfing, beach volleyball, hiking, beer pong, live music, or simply creating a good vibe, you’ll feel right at home here. We want to build a fun, community-oriented space where volunteers and guests can enjoy their evenings together in Montañita.

    **What we’re looking for:**
    - Help with daily activities and events
    - Art projects and creative contributions
    - Surf instructors (especially advanced, experienced, and positive teachers)
    - DJs or anyone who can help create a great atmosphere
    - People who simply want to make others feel part of a community

    No Spanish is required and no previous experience is necessary — just the willingness to learn, help, and have a good time.

    We also host yoga classes, professional surfing lessons, horse-riding tours, live music nights, and much more.

    Our team is made up of friendly local staff who are known for being cheerful, helpful, and happy to support both guests and volunteers.

    Here, we can help you arrange different activities so you will always have something to do. Explore the area, meet people, ride a horse at the beach, or some yoga lessons. Learn a foreigner language with our staff or from fellow travelers. We can arrange regular spanish classes with a professional instructor or surfing lessons with local surf professionals. Improve your culinary skills with our star chef.

    Our schedules are very flexible. The idea is to also have volunteers be part of the hostel activities and enjoy their time while helping out.
    You can help start early setting the common area and making sure everything is well organized.

    Or help us in the evening with making sure everyone is having a good time with the activities we have during the day.

    We provide a share room with a restroom for our volunteers. We provide with one free meal and ingredients for the other two meals. Let us know if you need extra accomodations

    Our volunteers may use the kitchen from 8 am to 8 pm to prepare their meals. We can give you some storage space for your groceries.
