Hello! I'm Giubia Mantellini, a 37-year-old who has recently made the Tuscan countryside her home, in the little town of Lucignano in the Val di Chiana.
Here, I manage an agritourism nestled in 800 hectares of unspoiled woodlands, rolling fields, infinite olives trees rows and tranquil lakes. This picturesque setting is not just my workplace but my canvas and my dream.
Managing the agritourism fills most of my day, but it's the future projects that truly ignite my passion. My ambitions include preserving the biodiversity of the surrounding woods, reopening old trails to make nature's untouched beauty more accessible. You'll have access to a fully equipped kitchens where you can prepare your meals according to your dietary preferences and schedule.
While there's no obligation to have meals together, we do enjoy organizing occasional communal meals. These are opportunities for everyone to share food, recipes, and stories, but they are entirely voluntary and based on mutual desire.
