We shared a good time together, 3 weeks in total, although they went away for a weekend as I had a previously planned party one weekend and needed the bed space. Marine and Edvin are a lovely young couple who have set off on an adventure together to learn some English. They are travelling in their own car which was great for my space as i live

We had one or two issues initially due to miscommunication with the language barrier but once we learned to check there was a mutual understanding things went smoothly. They did some painting inside and some general tidying up in the garden, getting firewood etc. It took a little time but by the end my son was having great fun with them. I wish them all the best on their adventure

We spent 3 very enriching weeks in the wonderful house of Sheila and her son Daithi. The house is located in a very quiet village, surrounded by magnificent places to visit. We had a very spacious room with a great bed.
The work involved painting the interior of the house, as well as some maintenance work on the exterior of the house.

Sheila is a very pleasant person and a very good cook. We shared the evening meal together and it was always delicious!
Her son, Daithi is very friendly, it was always a pleasure to play with him.
Finally, Sheila recommended lots of places to visit, which was very useful for exploring the surrounding area.
Thank you very much for this stay 🇨🇮🙏😁You can only contact Workawayers who have an active membership.

Pia fitted in wonderfully with our little family. She’s a gentle soul and was ready to help around the house with all tasks. The week went too quickly. My son was very relaxed in her company and they got to hangout a bit, especially on out little mini break. I’ve no hesitations in recommending Pia to anyone

I'm happy I stayed with Sheila and her son Daithí for a week! It's a lovely home with lovely people:) Sheila is very welcoming, generous and relaxed, she made me feel like home from the beginning on; and Daithí is peaceful and kind, it was nice to get to know them both. We spent the weekend in their campervan at the coast, it was a sunny summer

They live in a beautiful area, I especially enjoyed hiking the Slievenamon, the mountain in front of their house. I had my own cosy room. We had dinners together, which were always delicious, Sheila is a good cook:) I met some of Sheila's friends who were all really nice. All in all I'm grateful for the experience! Thank you so much, Sheila and Daithí!🌻You can only contact Workawayers who have an active membership.

I spent a month here, it's a beautiful place but even more importantly, such lovely people! I felt at home and like part of the family immediately . Very much enjoyed looking after Sheila's son, never a dull moment with him around. I had a nice comfortable room with beautiful sunset views from the window on the non rainy days.
And Sheila is an

Milja came and stayed with our family for a month but could have stayed forever. She helped care for my 9yr old son who has Autism. She was a natural and he took to her immediately. Milja has wonderful life experiences, she is very self contained and quietly goes about her art in her free time. Be prepared to enjoy her wonderful baking. She has a
