Description
I own a 30-acre property in Abangares, Costa Rica and my dream is to create a food forest that can provide organic fruit and vegetables for me and maybe sell some produce in the nearby village. I would need at least two people with different skill sets who are planning to stay for at least a year so as to make this project a reality.
The property is very quiet and surrounded by trees and wildlife, perfect to disconnect from the hustle of modern societies.
There is good internet coverage and you can work remotely if you need a source of income.Types of help and learning opportunities

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
My property is situated in a less touristy area of Costa Rica were you can experience traditional Costa Rican culture and do day or week-end trips to all the sightseeing spots in the country.
Locally, you can see how sugar cane is processed and how gold ore from the Abangares mines is crushed and amalgamated with mercury to extract the semi-purified gold.Projects involving children
This project could involve children. For more information see our guidelines and tips here.
