Description
We are Jos and Sieglinde, a couple in our mid-fifties. Our three (now adult) children were homeschooled. Nowadays our garden is open to visitors of all ages to play, learn or stay whenever they want. In the garden live a dog, six hens, two kittens and a turtle. There is a caravan, a little treehouse, books and boardgames, cosy places to sit, some trees and wild and cultured plants. We are happy to share this all in exchange for a little help; there are always too many little tasks to do in a household so you can choose to help with some things that have to be done: mowing the lawn, feeding and walking the dog, weeding, cooking etc.
Our house is situated in a little village, only a few kilometers from Tongeren, Hasselt, Liège... We will be happy to tell you about Haspengouw, Limburg and the lovely places you can visit.Types of help and learning opportunities

Help
There are always too many daily things to do in a household :-) We will be happy if you see a task that has to be done and decide to help us with doing it: mowing the lawn, feeding and walking the dog, watering the plants, weeding, etc.

You can stay in a caravan. It has one bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, shower and toilet. There is electricity, warm and cold water and gas. If you prefer, you can stay in your own tent or shelter. There is NO place to park a car or camper. You have to provide your own food, there is a supermarket on a ten minute walk. But we will be happy to share fresh vegetables as long as we have any. Maybe sometimes we will cook together if you like. It's also always possible to make a fire for BBQ.
