    Description

We are a dynamic couple oriented at developing towards a self-sufficient co-living and sharing network on our property of 40, 000 sq feet. We experiment and develop different approaches to our family vegetable production like permaculture, non-till gradening, permanant mulching and biodiversity on a small scale. We also raise our chickens in mobile coop and have our laying hens from Chanteclerc and other older breeds that we multiply . We harvest our rain water and use solar power for lighting, irrigation of the gardens and other like freezers. Our small permaculture garden host some grape vines, fruits trees, berries, vegetables and herbs.
We bake different breads in our new workshop where we also grow seedlings, germinations… We make our kamboucha( from local plant) , our kimchi and sourkrout and other lacto fermentations.

We invite you to share in the various tasks related to the country life on the Domaine including seeding, clearing, weeding, harvesting, transformation, canning, pruning, caring for the animals, construction projects, maintenance of buildings and enclosures, tree planting, wild plants gathering. The home and premises cleaning, cooking is also shared by all. This year projects include, improve or rebuild the access to the river, build a composting outdoor toilet, production of some of our seeds for more self-sufficiency, new tunnel (greenhouse from car shelters).
We have travelled a lot in the past and we take pleasure meeting and living with new people and share our daily routine and meals with hosts, friends and visitors. We have lived in an intentional community in the past. We have a network of small producers and friends with whoom we share ressources and support.
I am committed to an organic church (Simple non-denominational Christian family) and invested in our small fellowship in outreach, assistance to needy people and other services. You are welcome to join in if this is of interest.
    ______________
