    The organization is a socio-environmental research and development institute founded in Kolkata. It represents an integration of projects, social initiatives, and enterprises that serve to connect, inspire, and nurture change-makers and entrepreneurs, while driving socio-economic and environmental transformation. Our central objective is to raise awareness among masses regarding environmental sustainability and facilitate the adoption of cutting-edge technology in the realm of environmental protection. This includes soil, water, and air purification achieved through the alignment of resources with the ecological cycle. We also focus on generating livelihood opportunities for both rural and urban citizens, promoting innovation in organic farming, sustainable waste management, permaculture, forestry, healthcare, whole-system design thinking, self-sustainable family and community building, elder care through permaculture way to life, food security building and solving malnutrition problem by fostering entrepreneurship, and consolidating all essential resources for these challenges.


    A goal-driven development engineer with 7+ years of experience addressing rural drinking water challenges and solid waste management issues. I've contributed to achieving sustainable development goals at micro and macro levels. My expertise includes managing large-scale projects, leading teams of up to 20 members, and developing sustainable social business projects. I provide technology-based solutions for issues related to water, waste management, livelihood, CSR, skill development, youth empowerment, advanced agriculture technologies, permaculture, superfood production, nutrition, renewable energy, climate change adaptation, and mitigation technologies.

The volunteer orientation will teach them about Permaculture way of life, how to become physically, mentally, spiritually, ecologically, financially free, free from anxiety, stress, depression, how to connect with animals, insects, trees, soil, air, space, how to connect with self and the whole creation. How to build strength natural immunity, volunteer can learn about system science. Travellers go back with unforgettable memories and stories to share, build a global network of friends and contacts.. These experiences become a part of their personal life, learn about Bengali traditions, and ways of life.

    We need a Graphics designer, Website builder, UI UX designer, Photographer, Social media handler, Video maker, content writer, proposal writer, article writer, permaculture expert, eco-house builder, ecologist, natural building architect and interior designer, ecology restoration specialist, water harvesting expert.

    Duration: Whole year
    The volunteers’ roles and responsibilities can also be customized as per the requirement for
    larger groups of volunteers that come with a specific requirement that also aligns with our
    project needs.

    Tent in the roof/farm, Dormitory, attic-based dormitory, single room, tent, shared rooms, private rooms whichever is available

    Currently 3 hours per day for 5 days without meals. But if any volunteer wish to work for 5 hours per day for 5 days per week that also I can provide. However, sometime volunteer may wish to eat food outside and explore street food and accordingly we can plan. Yes, we will provide 3 wholesome meals per day. Longer stay we decide after critically analyzing 7 days help.
