  Description

  Carmoune, in the heart of the South-West of France, is an oasis of renewal with a friendly living space project. This part of Gascony between the departments of Gers and Lot & Garonne is nicknamed "French Tuscany" because of its similar landscapes.
  Annie, trained in naturopathy and the caring education of children, has had a long experience as a professional dancer.
  Henri, with a physical disability, has a voluntary activity supporting people and their development. He also runs caring relationship workshops and offers to guide meditations. He takes care of the permaculture forest garden.
  
  Carmoune, au cœur du Sud-Ouest de la France, est un oasis de ressourcement avec un projet de lieu de vie convivial. Cette partie de la Gascogne entre les départements du Gers et du Lot & Garonne est surnommée "La toscane Française" du fait de paysages similaires.
  Annie, formée à la naturopathie et à l'éducation bienveillante des enfants, a vécu une longue expérience de danseuse professionnelle.
  Henri, en situation d'handicap physique, a une activité bénévole d'accompagnement de l'être et de son déploiement. Il anime aussi des ateliers de la relation bienveillante et propose de guider des méditations. Il s'occupe du jardin foret en permaculture.

  We will be delighted by your help with the work on the forest garden and the land, as well as with work concerning the buildings according to what you are interested in doing, to be defined together and according to the periods.
  
  Nous avons besoin d'aide pour du bricolage, des travaux d'écoconstruction, pour le jardin foret (plantation, entretien).
  Nous serons ravi par votre aide aux travaux du jardin foret et du terrain, ainsi qu'à des travaux concernant les bâtiments selon ce qui vous intéressera de faire, à définir ensemble et en fonction des périodes.

  Accommodation

  We planned to stay in the caravan designed for two people or a couple and which is sheltered in the hangar. You will thus have more independence and we also preserve private moments. We follow a quasi-vegetarian diet with intermittent fasting. We will provide you with the food you need according to your diet.
  
  Nous avons prévu de loger dans la caravane prévue pour deux personnes ou un couple et qui est abritée dans le hangar. Vous aurez ainsi plus d'indépendance et nous nous préservons aussi des moments d'intimités. Nous suivons un régime quasi végétarien en jeûne intermittent. Nous vous fournirons la nourriture dont vous aurez besoin suivant votre régime alimentaire.

  The small towns of Nérac and Condom nearby have tourist attractions, castles, churches, navigable river, cultural activities... Bicycles are available. We can go to artistic or other events together.
  
  Les petites villes de Nérac et Condom à proximité ont des attraits touristiques, châteaux, églises, rivière navigable, activités culturelles... Des vélos sont à dispositions. Nous pourrons allez ensemble à des évènements artistiques ou autres.
