Recreational activities include: sculpture & art (materials and tools available), plenty of movies / documentaries on political and environmental subjects. A well known bike trail is close by for exploring surrounding landscapes. Good music, good out door sound system. Playing with a wild and happy child. Conversations about our world and the positive changes we are trying to create. Beautiful spaces to relax, meditate, contemplate, create, etc.
We are looking for help with gardening, property maintenance, building projects, festival preparation.
We are currently keen to get help from someone with marketing/event promotion skills
As well as looking for someone interested in house sitting in Dec/Jan - great opportunity for a couple or someone looking for a retreat, particularly artists and/or nature lovers.

Accommodation includes eco-buildings including a renovated old bus, tiny houses, experimental structures, a caravan and tent spaces. Bedding provided. Wood fires for warmth. Some spaces have cooking facilities and there is also a large communal kitchen with open fire and lounge space. All toilets are composting. There are shared shower and laundry facilities including a outdoor fire heated bath and shower.
We are located 20 minutes away from Oamaru, an historical town that is known for his Victorian Heritage Festival and steampunk movement.
