    Description

Hello! We are a family farm with a biointensive garden in development, all on a dairy farm owned by German settlers. We are located 20 km from the city of Puerto Varas and 15 km from the Calbuco Volcano, surrounded by a wonderful river and lush endemic natural beauty. We have an ongoing project funded by the FIA (Financial Institute of Agriculture) that includes research in its development, implementing a nanobubble irrigation system to achieve globally impactful results in regenerative agriculture. We are dedicated to enjoying and monitoring our vegetable crops and caring for the calves that provide us with our compost. We love the outdoors, trekking, and conscious eating. We want to make an impact on the local community through new ways of practicing sustainable agriculture. The farm is self-sufficient with a lighting system with a small-scale turbine powered by the same river that surrounds it, from which you can learn. We live and project a self-managed future in energy and food. We resonate with people who resonate the same way we do!

Hola!

We need people who love doing tasks outdoors and enjoy gardening and helping with small farm animals. We will do tasks alongside two agronomists who will assist in advising and training our workawayers. We hope to generate an exchange of opinions, from crop planning to weeding with the help of the manual market gardening tools available on the farm. We will perform tasks such as sowing, irrigation, transplanting, seed care, support in the care of biological corridors, pruning, calf care, bed maintenance, harvesting, and transplanting, along with monitoring the project. These tasks are of vital importance to us. We hope to align the tasks according to the aspirations and preferences of those who join us. We will do tasks side by side in the garden and field, just meters from a cabin equipped for our assistants.
