  I am a Mountain Guide and a very passionate rock climber with 15 years of experience, I have a travel agency that organized expeditions and hikes in the Cordillera Blanca and Huayhuash, I have 4 rooms and I am looking for motivated people with the same activities, to that can help me in the work of organizing logistics such maintenance of equipment such as tents, sleeping bags and other mountain equipment, cleaning and maintenance of the rooms, and the property, attending to the clients in our office with the information about the activities that we offer, the volunteers will have access to all the facilities, of our property and they will be well treated as part of my family, I will give them the training courses on the activities that I organized so that they can serve customers, volunteers will also have access to these trips, I frequently go out to the field to look for new options travel for potential clients and the volunteer can participate in these activities. If the volunteer wants to learn much more about our work, there may also be the opportunity to accompany the groups that we organize for multi-day treks. I want to show Andean customs and traditions such as the Quechua and Spanish language, the way of treating the coca leaf as an ancestral part of our Andean cultures.
  
  Soy Guia de montaña y un escalador en roca muy apasionado con 15 años de experiencia, tengo una agencia de viajes, organizó expediciones y caminatas en la cordillera blanca y Huayhuash, dispongo de 4 habitaciones y busco personas motivadas con las mismas actividades, para que me puedan ayudar en el trabajo de organizar la logística como, alimentacion, mantenimiento de los equipos como carpas, bolsas de dormir y otros equipos de montaña, limpieza y mantenimiento de las habitaciones, y la propiedad, atender a los clientes en nuestra oficina con la información sobre las actividades de deportes de aventura que ofrecemos, los voluntario tendrán acceso a todo las instalaciones de nuestra propiedad y serán parte de mi familia, tendrán cursos de capacitación sobre las actividades que organizó para que puedan orientar a los clientes, también los voluntarios tendrán acceso a estos viajes, frecuentemente salgo al campo a buscar nuevas opciones de viaje para los clientes potenciales y el voluntario puede participar en estas actividades, si el voluntario tiene las ganas de aprender mucho más de nuestro trabajo también puede haber la oportunidad de acompañar a los grupos que organizamos para los treks de varios días. tengo las ganas de mostrar las costumbres y tradiciones andinas como el idioma quechua y español, la forma de tratar la hoja de coca como parte medicinal ancestral de nuestras culturas andinas.
