  Welcome to Santa Marianita!
  
  We live in Santa Marianita, a peaceful beach town on the coast of Ecuador, just a short drive from Manta. Perfect place for anyone looking to enjoy nature, walk by the beach and relax.
  
  Here, you can kitesur, surf and depending on the season whale watching as well.
  
  We are a family of 5, Luis, two dogs: Dalí and Rumba, a cat: Felipe and myself.
  
  We love traveling, but we always want to make sure our dogs are well cared for and have plenty of company while we’re away.
  
  That’s why we’re looking for responsible, caring, and animal-loving people who would enjoy staying in our home and looking after Dalí and Rumba and Felipe during our trips.
  
  In exchange, we offer: free accommodation in our home. We have a guest house with one bedroom and a full kitchend and living area. It has its own private access and amazing ocean views.
  
  We’d love to welcome someone willing to care of your babies (Rumba, Dali and Felipe) as their own.

  Vivimos en Santa Marianita, una playa tranquila y hermosa en la costa de Ecuador, cerca de Manta. Un lugar tranquilo, ideal para los amantes de la playa.
  
  Aquí puedes disfrutar del mar, deportes como kitesurf, surf y dependiendo de la temporada avistamiento de ballenas desde la orilla.
  
  Somos una familia de 5 Luis y yo y nuestros dos perros y gato (Rumba, Dali y Felipe). Nos encanta viajar, pero siempre queremos asegurarnos de que nuestros perros estén bien cuidados y acompañados mientras estamos fuera.
  
  Por eso, buscamos una persona responsable, cariñosa y que ame los animales y que este dispuesto a cuidar de los nuestros como si fueran propios
  
  A cambio, ofrecemos alojamiento en nuestra casa. Nuestra casa cuenta con una suite completamente equipada con acceso independiente, cuarto, baño, cocina completa y vistas espectaculares al mar.

  Staying at our home is a wonderful opportunity to experience the relaxed coastal lifestyle of Ecuador.
  
  Santa Marianita is a small, beach town, normally uncrowded but it is tourist destination.
  
  It’s a great place to enjoy nature and disconnect
  
  The area is well known for kitesurfing, and depending on the season, you can also surf or whale watch. Manta is the closest city where you can find numerous restaurants and whatever you need.
  
  In return for taking care of our two dogs, you’ll have a comfortable home near the ocean and plenty of free time to enjoy the beach.

  Help

  What we need from our Workawayers
  
  Our main priority is our dogs and cat. Finding someone who genuinely loves dogs and will give Dalí, Rumba and Felipe plenty of attention is what matter most to us.
  
  We need someone who is comfortable sleeping in the house with them, feeding them, and taking them out for walks twice a day.
  
  Rumba is a senior dog with a calmer pace, while Dalí is younger, more energetic, and needs more physical activity and mental stimulation. Their exercise needs are different, so it’s important to adapt to each of them. Felipe is very independent but also demanding when it comes te feeding schedules.
  
  Above all, we’re looking for someone who will keep them company, play with them, stimulate them, and make sure they feel happy, safe, and loved while we’re away.
  
  We have asked for 3 hours a day, but it will be less than that.. It is basically walking the dogs in the morning for about 30 minutes and then play with them in the afternoon with the ball for another 40 minutes. Feeding schedules are 9:00 am and 8:00pm. Water the plants 3 times a week, the time of help needed put together is less than an 2 hours a day but is has to be on schedule 7 days a week.

  We are a small family of two people, two dogs, and a cat. Our pets are the most important part of our family. We love them like our own children, and their well-being is our top priority. Since this is our home, it is very important to us that the spaces are kept clean and ober all that our pets are cared and loved.
