WELCOME TO THE GREEN DINOSAURS COUNTRY in the Natural Parc of the plains of the Scheldt with many ponds, forests, canals, natural reserves, ....in western Wallonia.
Here a life in a farmhouse in the countryside to develop a way of life closed to the nature: kitchen vegetable garden being become a permaculture garden , fruits, eggs from chicken, harvest and winter keep preserve, medicinal wild edible plants...Lots of renovation buildings works ....
About help for dogs: sometimes all the year around.

Farmhouse being renovated with a garden ;
- possibility to put a tent in the garden.
- Independant huge lightly dormitory (between 4 and 6 persons) with lounge, with a separated bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) .
- Some work clothes available.
- Most of the time, vegetarian/pescatorian food.
- If little problem, always possible to find a solution !!

1. RAILSWAY: Good to know for traveling by train in Belgium:
- Half price ticket for every body on the WE (go and back)
- For young people under 26 years old, buy a GO PASS ONE ticket and cross all Belgium for 6 euros !

Laurence is a kind lady and Sacha is a lovely little boy. We worked in the garden, took care of the little one, did the housework and walked the dog. She was very kind in explaining everything we had to do and it was very interesting to hear her experiences and knowledge.
