You will learn how to manage a hotel in Mexico. Since the staff is 100% Mexican, you will, not only practice or learn the language but learn about the work culture in this beautiful country.
You will be a part of the family while you are here. Living here is an amazing experience because you will get to interact with all the guests of the hotel while you enjoy life in this beautiful paradise called Tulum.
This is a great hotel that gives the opportunity to develop your concierge etiquette since Tulum is best known all over the world for its's touristic recreative events, activities in Nature and luxury destinations.
Help
We welcome friendly workawayers experienced into areas of hospitality sector, basic knowledge of PMS softwares and know handling POS system. At our reception you will welcome guests and provide assistance during their stay.
Make recommendations for guests and make their stay more comfortable, maintain good communication with everyone to provide quality services and always promote guest comfort. Program schedules and days off are rotated and arranged by the hotel manager under the Hotel operations.
Since we are a sustainable hotel we truly appreciate everyone recycling to its corresponding bin.

Accommodation
-We offer a comfy 38-square meter shared dorm room, equipped with two queen-size beds and a beautiful bathroom/shower inside. (Top room is assigned for females the other one is assigned for males or couples depending on availability)
- The 2 dorm rooms have their own microwave and a mini fridge to keep your drinks cool. Located on the 4th and 3rd floor with a balcony offering a jungle view.
- Wifi, filtered water, a set of clean bed sheets and towels once a week, body soap/shampoo and toilet paper will be provided by the hotel.
- Our hotel is a brand new building and we truly appreciate workawayers keeping it clean and in good condition especially the dorm room area to make the stay of volunteers 24/7 comfortable and enjoyable.
- Each bedside has a nightstand, lamp, and two plugs.
- Are you a salsa and handmade tortillas lover? Good news!! The meal we provide is a vegetarian and organic breakfast!!!! This is served from Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm.
.-Room spaces are provided to store your food at the common kitchen which is on the 1st floor and is open to volunteers 24/7. We like to keep this area clean and neat 24/7 as well for the use of everyone.
What else ...
During your free time, you can enjoy a tour of Tulum, bike around the Veleta Zone and look for restaurants to try the food and spaces they offer; you can rent bicycles for a ride to the beach area or visit the Archaeological Zone. Enjoy dinner at the Mexican restaurants or go for a walk downtown.

We understand how important a Co-work office is for digital nomads and freelancers that work remotely. Good News!! We are just 13 min walking distance and 3 min by bike to one of the most popular Co-working office buildings in the town of Tulum. This makes it easier for volunteers and more enjoyable the accommodation with us.
