    Description

The site is located in the Navarrese foothills of the Pyrenees, in a beautiful setting surrounded by oak, boxwood, and pine forests, with abundant plant and wildlife biodiversity. Nearby, there are a variety of trails, a century-old oak tree, and a large cave that can be visited.
It's a village with an interesting history and political trajectory; it was occupied in 1999 to resist the Itoiz reservoir.
We are a group of three people who live as a community, working to build horizontal relationships by questioning conventional relationship structures and patriarchy. We enjoy games, nature, and always strive to create a good atmosphere, sharing laughter and good vibes through caring and respect.
The tasks we typically undertake include animal care, preparing firewood from the forest for winter and for cooking and gardening, carpentry, environmental management, plant harvesting, and natural products, among others.
We only accept volunteers during the first two weeks of each month during spring and summer. The rest of the year, we are closed to volunteers.
Visitors have a large shared bedroom where they can have their personal space and rest. There's no cell phone service in the village, but there's cell phone service and 4G internet access about a 5-minute walk away.
We hope that, in addition to helping us out, guests will be eager to have fun and learn together.

We only speak Spanish, so we prefer guests with a good level of Spanish.

You can reach Pamplona by public transport and from there take the bus that runs from Pamplona to Aoiz. This bus is operated by ALSA, and this line does not operate on Sundays and holidays. We recommend picking up the bus in Aoiz with the 4x4 if you're carrying heavy loads, or if not, you can walk there in about 3 hours. We would provide you with information about the route and directions.
