    Description

This is a resort based on the river bank amongst lush tropical gardens. Off the beaten track and off roads and traffic, only the crickets can be noisy surrounded by the beautiful bliss of nature! We are a couple that opened our bungalows in this exceptional place in the countryside not far away from Kampot in April. We need some help and are looking for a couple that is chilled and also love nature. We have been in Cambodia for many years now and really love the Kingdom of Wonders. It's only two of us running it at the moment since it's a small resort and we are currently in a low season.

We are based in a very exceptional and beautiful place. We are right by the river surrounded by tropical gardens. Even the surroundings themselves are something that not many people will see or experience. If you are a nature lover wanting to explore the countryside in Cambodia off the beaten track this place is perfect for you. Every day can be an adventure, as there is so much to discover not to mention we have a boat... and river beaches and hidden secret spots nearby. There is also a cute little village with its colourful market near us where no tourists go. How do you benefit expect for the adventure and being in an amazing chilled place? We will provide accommodation and rice and vegetable so that you can cook. Plus, you can learn how to cook.. On top of it, you will see how to run a guesthouse and be part of Khmer community.

    Help

We are looking for someone who can help us around our guesthouse, it would involve cleaning, helping guests or other tasks as needed. If you have some carpenter skills or know how to fix things we would love to hear from you. The work would be 5 hours a day. The hours for a carpenter we don’t mind, for the other person it would be from 8 am 1 pm or 5 pm to 10 pm various shifts 5 days a week. There are only 5 bungalows so it’s really not that much work but it’s only two of us so we need some help. If you are creative and can produce some crafts to decorate the place or bungalows that’s a bonus.
