Hi! I’m Anni (also known as Francesco), and I run a Surf House in beautiful Okinawa, Japan. 🌊☀️
We're a friendly, multicultural guesthouse located just steps from our local beach — a quiet, natural spot perfect for connecting with nature and the ocean. We offer a variety of ocean activities including:

✅ What We Offer in Exchange for Your Help
We’re a small surf guesthouse and ocean activity base in Okinawa.
As a volunteer, you’ll support the daily rhythm of the house and in return receive:

💪 What Kind of Help We Need
Every work day includes full deep cleaning of the guesthouse:
Bathrooms, kitchen, floors, and common areas
Bed changing and guest room reset
Organizing surf/kite gear and keeping spaces tidy
You may also help with:
Welcoming guests or check-in support
Photo/video content or social media (if skilled)
Small DIY or maintenance projects

⏱️ Daily Time Commitment
We usually ask for 4 hours per day, but if you're motivated and want to stay active,
you’re welcome to help up to 8 hours — especially if you’d like to get more involved in meals, activities, or projects.
We work together based on trust, energy, and what feels fair for everyone.

What else ...
You will be able to go with us on all of our activities and learn how to skin dive, surf and kite board if you are interested! We go all around the island to do these activities and sometimes to secret spots that only locals know, so you'll be seeing a lot more of the island than most tourists do!
My guesthouse is located in a resort area, so there are many beautiful beaches within walking distance. There is a bus stop within a 5-7 min walk that can take you directly to Naha, Chatan, Yomitan and Nago as it runs on the main road 58.
