Description
hello, I’m Beatrice, I’m 18 years old and I live with my family in Genova. My dad, Stefano is an engineer and my mum, Angela works as a school administrator. I’m doing my last year of highschool, wich means I have to put a lot of effort in studying but I also love to have an active social life and do sport. I studied french at school for 3 years et j’aime beaucoup la langue francaise :) I would love to practise my french and improve it. My mother speaks french pretty well and she is also a perfect italian cooker. I have a sister, Valentina. She is 21 and she lives in Utrecht but sometimes she comes back for some family time and italian weather. We also have a lovely cat, her name is Nutella and if she likes you, she can be very sweet. Our city is very beautiful in many ways. As I said the weather is lovely and never too cold. The center of Genova is good place to visit for art but also social life as there are many turists and students. We are very near to the sea but also to the mountains. You can go to the beach easly by train but you can also hike and take walks around the mountains.

We give a lot of importance to cultural exchanges and we have previous experiences with workaway. Me and my sister both lived abroad for a short period of time, witch means we know what staying away from your country means. That’s why I’d really love to offer a good experience to whoever wants to come visit Genova and meeting us.

Help
Mainly we would like someone to have good conversations with, however t’s also important that he or she provides with some help in the house. Obviusly you must maintan clean your own room and bathroom. Plus its really helpful to help cleaning the kitchen after dinner.

Accommodation
You would be staying in a room of your own and also will have a private bathroom. Our house doesn’t lack of space and its situated in a very good district, 15 minuts from the center of the city.
What else ...
Helpers that live with us can have their own free time during the morning. In the afternoon we can spend time together, for example I really like to study in the library of in the coffee shop and that’s something we can do together. In the weekend I’m normally with my scout group and I hang out with my friends. All of the people I know are very open and friendly therefore you could obviusly meet them. As a family we like to have dinner all together and chat (especially my dad)
