Description
We live in a quiet, welcoming, tidy, and uncrowded town on the Maresme coast. We live close to the town's main square, which has its charm. There are two supermarkets (Condis and Sorli) about 500 meters away. The beach is 2 kilometers away, large and expansive.
We are Carolina and José María.
We have three children (Alex, 20, Eric, 6, and Sara, 10). We are a big and multicultural family.
I am a teacher and José is an engineer. We love to travel and enjoy family time, always doing activities with the kids. We love camping and teaching our children to respect nature and other people's belongings.

Vivimos en un pueblo de la costa del maresme, tranquilo acogedor, ordenado y nada masificado. Vivimos creca de la plaza principal del pueblo, que tiene su encanto. A unos 500 mts tienes 2 supermercados(Condis y Sorli) La playa está a 2 kms grande y extensa.

Yo soy profesora y Jose Ingeniero. Nos encanta viajar, y disfrutar en familia, siempre haciendo actividades con los niños, nos encanta ir de camping y enseñar a nuestros hijos el respeto por la naturaleza y las cosas de los demas.

During their stay with us, Workawayers will have the opportunity to experience a true cultural exchange by becoming part of our daily family life. We speak Spanish at home, so they will naturally improve their language skills by interacting with us and our children throughout the day—in conversations during meals, activities, and daily routines.
They will also join us on regular outings around the fields and natural surroundings of the campsite, which is a great chance to learn more about the local environment, culture, and language in an immersive and relaxed setting. For those interested, we can also offer specific and structured Spanish lessons tailored to their level and needs.
The Workawayer will be part of our family rhythm: helping with cooking, spending time at the pool, and playing with the kids. We aim to create a warm, friendly, and inclusive atmosphere, where everyone feels valued. In return, we’re always curious to learn about other cultures, languages, and ways of life. We see hosting as a mutual learning opportunity—an enriching experience for everyone involved.

Durante su estancia con nosotros, los Workawayers tendrán la oportunidad de vivir un verdadero intercambio cultural al integrarse en nuestra vida familiar diaria. En casa hablamos español, por lo que podrán mejorar naturalmente su nivel del idioma interactuando con nosotros y con nuestros hijos en las conversaciones cotidianas: durante las comidas, en las actividades y en las rutinas del día a día.
También nos acompañarán en salidas frecuentes por los campos y alrededores del camping, lo que será una excelente oportunidad para conocer mejor el entorno local, la cultura y el idioma en un ambiente relajado e inmersivo. Para quienes lo deseen, también podemos ofrecer clases específicas y estructuradas de español adaptadas a su nivel y necesidades.
El Workawayer formará parte del ritmo de nuestra familia: ayudando a cocinar, pasando tiempo en la piscina y jugando con los niños. Queremos crear un ambiente cálido, acogedor e inclusivo, donde todos se sientan valorados. A cambio, siempre estamos con ganas de aprender sobre otras culturas, idiomas y formas de vida. Consideramos que acoger a voluntarios es una oportunidad de aprendizaje mutuo, una experiencia enriquecedora para todos.

I'm looking for an au pair for July and August because the children are on vacation. And for the rest of the year, I'd like Danish or English lessons for my children a couple of hours a day. I might need help, for example, with painting or gardening.

Accommodation
We provide accommodation for volunteers. We have a fixed caravan equipped with beds, and we also have inflatable mattresses available for extra comfort. In addition, we have a spacious tent that our children absolutely love, and it can be used as a fun and cozy alternative for sleeping if the volunteer prefers a more "camping-style" experience. All bedding, including sheets and blankets, is of course provided.

Ofrecemos alojamiento para los voluntarios. Contamos con una caravana fija equipada con camas, y también disponemos de colchones inflables para mayor comodidad. Además, tenemos una tienda de campaña espaciosa que a nuestros hijos les encanta, y que puede usarse como una alternativa divertida y acogedora si el voluntario prefiere una experiencia más “al estilo camping”.
