    Renovating an old french farmhouse with outbuildings and some land (4000m2).

    We want it to be as eco as possible so we are using reclaimed materials and locally sourced..

    We have a potager where we are trying to use permaculture principles (no dig).

    We are open to ideas for projects ☺️

    We’d love help with our private home and garden:
    - making our place more eco (rainwater harvesting, making solar showers, compost areas, making a polytunnel
    - gardening and watering plants / potager
    - general maintenance tasks - eg some painting or fixing the fence
    - cooking with our family

    We have a studio room with a double bed, or space for camping if you prefer.
    We can provide a simple breakfast (serving yourself) and nutritious vegetarian meals for Lunch and dinner.

    We like to rotate with cooking responsibilities to share the cooking and to keep it interesting!

    On non-working days,e.g. Saturday and Sunday we kindly ask that you make your own meals from supplies or eat out locally ☺️

    We also ask that you pitch in and participate with general household tasks keeping things tidy, like loading and unloading the dishwasher, wiping surfaces etc) and helping once a week with cleaning and taking the bins / recycling / compost.

    If you love the quiet of nature and wildlife, this is your spot! We’re like a little bubble where you can really feel calm.
    There’s many walks, lakes and things to do and see nearby. We have bikes to cycle around and plenty of private places to relax when you’re not helping us.
