  Description

  Our hostel is the only party hostel in Mirissa and arguably in all of Sri Lanka. Only opening in October 2019, and unfortunately shut down in March 2020 due to covid, we already established a well known reputation along the coast and throughout the country for our daily events, friendly staff and clean and comfortable facilities. Reopening for the 2022 season we came back bigger and better and will continue to do that each year!
  
  We are looking for outgoing and confident volunteers to fill up the role of social hosts. Socialising with our guests and ensuring everybody has a blast and dealing with any questions they may have. You will need to be able to talk to anyone and everyone, maybe help run events and just offer people an unforgettable time!
  
  If you have any other skills that can make this hostel even better, just shoot us a message and we can figure something out!
  
  Besides our volunteers (usually around 6-8), our full time staff (between 7-10) and our 3 dogs, we also work closely with loads of local Sri Lankan companies (from other hostels, bars & restaurants, whale watching, safaris, surfing/snorkelling/diving, tuk tuk & scooter rentals and so on).
  
  Most importantly we offer a fun time that won't be forgotten!

  We will provide you with dorm accommodation, 1 daily meal and discount on drinks and food.   Help

  We are looking for social hosts, that will help our guests with all their needs and help during our daily events. These events include beer pong tournaments, themed parties, day trips to beach and local sights, quiz nights and our weekly booze cruise which is known all over the island of Sri Lanka! Your main job will be ensuring that our guests have the best experience possible during their stay.

  If chilling by the pool with a cold drink in the sun during time off doesn't sound good enough, we are just a few minutes walk from Mirissa beach and in a major tourist spot with loads of surfing beaches and sights around. Down time can be spent at the beach or doing what other guests do and explore the region, with safaris only a few hours away or daily whale watching in Mirissa during the high season. Other tourist towns such as Galle, Weligama, Ahangama, Hikkaduwa, Matara and Hiriketya are all reachable for a day trip. We also book taxis and rent scooters & tuk tuks to guests, while staff get discounted rates. Taxis from the airport can be arranged also.
