  Let us introduce ourselves first:
  I am Stefan, a German who has decided to escape the rush of modern city and live in the heart of mountain rainforest near Tingo María, Peru. Together with my partner Diana, her child, and my two children, we share our lives with four dogs, four cats, and a variety of insect species that are part of our everyday life in our picturesque wooden house by the river. Here, nature plays its songs for us—day and night.
  
  Everything has started as an idea to build a self-sustaining community. One aim of this project is to create a place where a free life in and with nature is possible. Our project is in the very beginning and there are many things which have to be done. Because of that, we welcome any soul interested in helping us to come and spend some time here. For the help we offer a peaceful space in beautiful nature where you can learn about self-sustainability, growing plants etc. and also where you can share your experiences with us. You will also have a time to go around, swim in the river, explore National Park of Tingo María with caves and waterfalls or explore Tingo María - the town between the Andes and jungle.

  Soy Stefan, un aleman que ha decidido escapar del ajetreo de la ciudad moderna y vivir en el corazón de la selva de montaña cerca de Tingo María, Perú. Junto con mi pareja Diana, su hijo y mis dos hijos, compartimos nuestra vida con cuatro perros, cuatro gatos y una variedad de especies de insectos que forman parte de nuestro día a día en nuestra pintoresca casa de madera junto al río. Aquí, la naturaleza toca sus canciones para nosotros—día y noche.
  
  Todo empezó como una idea para construir una comunidad autosostenible. Uno de los objetivos de este proyecto es crear un lugar donde sea posible una vida libre en y con la naturaleza. Nuestro proyecto está en sus inicios y hay muchas cosas para hacer. Por eso, damos la bienvenida a cualquier alma interesada en ayudarnos para que venga a pasar un tiempo aquí. Para la ayuda ofrecemos un espacio tranquilo en la hermosa naturaleza donde se puede aprender sobre la auto-sostenibilidad, el cultivo de plantas, etc. y también donde se puede compartir sus experiencias con nosotros. También tendrás tiempo para pasear, nadar en el río, explorar el Parque Nacional de Tingo María con cuevas y cascadas o explorar Tingo María - una ciudad muy hermoso entre los Andes y la selva.

  Ich bin Stefan, ein deutscher, der beschlossen hat, der Hektik der modernen Stadt zu entfliehen und im Herzen des Bergregenwaldes in der Nähe von Tingo María, Peru, zu leben. Gemeinsam mit meiner Partnerin Diana, ihrem Kind und meinen zwei Kindern teilen wir unser Leben mit vier Hunden, vier Katzen und einer Vielzahl von Insektenarten, die Teil unseres Alltags in unserem malerischen Holzhaus am Fluss sind. Hier spielt die Natur ihre Lieder für uns – bei Tag und Nacht.
  
  Alles begann mit der Idee, eine sich selbst versorgende Gemeinschaft aufzubauen. Ein Ziel dieses Projekts ist es, einen Ort zu schaffen, an dem ein freies Leben in und mit der Natur möglich ist. Unser Projekt steht noch ganz am Anfang und es gibt viele Dinge, die noch getan werden müssen. Deshalb sind alle, die uns helfen wollen, herzlich eingeladen, hierher zu kommen und hier Zeit zu verbringen. Für die Hilfe bieten wir einen friedlichen Raum in der wunderschönen Natur, in dem Du etwas über Selbstversorgung, Pflanzenanbau usw. Lernen kannst und auch Deine Erfahrungen mit uns teilen kannst. Du wirst auch Zeit haben für Spaziergänge, zum Schwimmen im Fluss, zur Erkundung des Nationalparks von Tingo María mit Höhlen und Wasserfällen oder zur Erkundung von Tingo María - einer der schönsten Städte zwischen Anden und Dschungel.

  Currently, we will share a house where we have two rooms for volunteers with bunk beds. Sheets, a blanket and mosquito nets are provided if necessary. We use compost-toilets and outside shower with jungle view. All our water comes directly from the spring and has a normal ppm of 19.
  There is a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. The food we will provide is vegetarian/vegan. Some fruits come directly from our garden.

  Actualmente, compartiremos una casa donde tenemos dos habitaciones para los voluntarios con literas. Se proporcionan sábanas, una colcha y mosquiteras si es necesario.   Derzeit teilen wir uns ein Haus, in dem wir zwei Zimmer für Volunteers mit Etagenbetten haben. Laken, eine Decke und Moskitonetze werden bei Bedarf zur Verfügung gestellt. Es gibt Komposttoiletten und eine Außendusche mit Blick auf den Dschungel. Unser gesamtes Wasser kommt direkt aus der Quelle und hat einen ppm-Wert, der normalerweise 19 beträgt.
  Es gibt eine Küche, in der Du Deine eigenen Mahlzeiten zubereiten kannst. Das Essen wird von uns gestellt und ist vegetarisch/vegan. Einige Früchte kommen direkt aus unserem Garten.

  We live about an hour away from Tingo María, Peru where you can find shops, restaurants, bars. As we've already mentioned, our project is located in the mountain rainforest where you can go for a walk, swimming in the river (depends on the season) or just enjoy nature. In the surrounding area (30 minutes - 90 minutes travel time) you will find a national park, a natural sulfur bath, lagoons and waterfalls.
  The connection to the transportation network can be realized by mototaxis (usually Torito Bajaj) or "colectivos" (cars and vans).

  Vivimos a una hora de Tingo María, Perú, donde puedes encontrar tiendas, restaurantes, bares. Como ya hemos mencionado, nuestro proyecto se encuentra en la selva de la montaña donde se puede ir a dar un paseo, nadar en el río (depende de la temporada) o simplemente disfrutar de la naturaleza. En los alrededores (30 minutos - 90 minutos de viaje) encontrará un parque nacional, un baño natural de azufre, lagunas y cascadas.
  La conexión con la red de transporte se puede realizar en mototaxis (normalmente Torito Bajaj) o "colectivos" (coches y furgonetas).

  Wir wohnen etwa eine Stunde von Tingo María, Peru, entfernt, wo es Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars gibt. Wie wir bereits erwähnt haben, liegt unser Projekt im Bergregenwald, wo man spazieren gehen, im Fluss schwimmen (je nach Jahreszeit) oder einfach die Natur genießen kann. In der Umgebung (30 bis 90 Minuten Fahrtzeit) findest Du einen Nationalpark, ein natürliches Schwefelbad, Lagunen und Wasserfälle.
  Die Anbindung an das Verkehrsnetz kann mit Mototaxis (in der Regel Torito Bajaj) oder "Colectivos" (Autos und Vans) erfolgen.

  English Currently we use a 20 MBit line, which is connected to a fiber optic line via repeater antennas. The performance of the antennas is 150 MBit, whereby 50 MBit are currently guaranteed by the provider.
