The farm is 3500m2 and team members can enjoy a variety of activities such as Hunting, swimming, horse riding, bird watching, bike and motorbike riding.

Game viewing by foot or bike is amazing as you come close to all the wildlife. There is always lots to do with all the animals, such as feeding & grooming (they really enjoy this) – even the chickens.

Our company employs a total of 98 staff members, with a dedicated team of 11 staff members working permanently on the farm:

    - 1x manager couple
    - 2x semi-skilled mechanics
    - 3x semi-skilled gardeners
    - 1x semi-skilled Worker specialising in plumbing and electrics
    - 4x general labourers

Each team member plays a key role in keeping the farm running smoothly and efficiently.

  • Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

    Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

We welcome open-minded people who can think 'out of the box' and are eager to help create an idyllic 'back to nature,' self-sustainable oasis.

We have a very open spiritual approach and welcome those who share an interest in using natural insecticides – we're looking for someone who perhaps has alternative ways/methods of “healing” the animals and land.

There will be enough time to explore the desert, and the ocean – these trips will be well organised by us. These trips will help those learn about all the different cultures in Namibia, and why Namibia is so amazingly unique.

There are plenty of projects we need help with - such as building new pig enclosures, cattle walkways, building renovations, mechanical repairs, landscaping and gardening.

There's plenty to learn about the Namibian culture on our farm, and off it.

Volunteers will be staying directly on the farm with everything in walking distance of approximately 600m. All activities are located on the farm. As mentioned, trips in namibia will be organised by us.

There are plenty of projects that we need help with, such as building new pig enclosures, and cattle walkways, building renovations, mechanical repairs, landscaping and gardening as well as helping in the kitchen to prepare their own meals. Please note - we do not sell meals to anyone. We simply create meals together as part of teamwork.

We would appreciate someone who knows what to do and can oversee certain projects as well as give us ideas for improvements.

An added benefit - we'd appreciate someone who can give us some “know-how” on hydroponics – we would like to start that due to the severe drought we have currently in Namibia.

We believe that teamwork makes the dream work.

If you’re passionate about nature, farming, and experiencing a simpler way of life, we’d love to hear from you.

  • What else ...

    What else ...

Animal and nature lovers: Volunteers must have a genuine love for animals and nature, treating both with the utmost respect. This is fundamental to our way of life and operations on the farm.

Open spiritual mindset: We embrace a very open spiritual approach and welcome individuals who share an appreciation for alternative medicine.

Our farm is a space for growth, healing, and learning, where everyone’s journey is respected.
