    We need to prepare our house for the summer renting: that is to say that we need:
    - big house cleaning, room by room to do things we do once a year: clean the wal, the plinths ( baseboard?), cupboards, cobwebs....
    -gardening: prune 2 trees, clenining the wood terrasse, , cleaning the garden equipment.

    this could be done by 2 persons maybe (couple or friends)
