Description
Living in the peaceful county area of the Otway Ranges, Victoria in Australia our little farm needs some help with maintenance, gardening and care. It’s a quiet, relaxing place to stay with wildlife, beautiful rivers and bush land. There are great hikes and places to visit. Our country cottage is a great stay.
I enjoy traveling and meeting travelers and sharing stories. I am happy to pick you up from the train station in Colac, if you don’t have your own transport. Colac is about 15 minutes from home, by car. There are shops, restaurants and internet-city trains there.
The cottage is made of mud-bricks and cedar. It’s simple but comfortable. There is a wood fire and airconditioner in the living area and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. There is a shared bathe room and a shared kitchen. You will have your own room with two single beds and beanbags to relax. Because we are in the country there is limited phone and internet coverage. Welcome to my beautiful home with wildlife and nature at your doorstep.

Accommodation
Very simple home with a shared bathroom and a private bedroom with 2 single beds and beanbags. There is also a kitchen and shared living room and lots of outdoor space. We can cook together and you are welcome to prepare your own meals. There are not any restaurants or markets nearby. Shopping is a 15 minute drive away.
What else ...
We do not have wifi and phone coverage is limited because we are in a country area. There is no public transport, except in the nearest town which is 15 minutes away, by car. There are inter-city trains and buses there. I can pick you up from the train station if you don’t have a car. Please make yourself at home but NO smoking, drugs, loud music, guests or pets.
