We live in the very centre of Barcelona, Born district, very close to Ciutadella park and Barceloneta beach. Staying at our place may be a cultural immersion into local Catalan life and our daily Italian family life, at the same time. Nice food and chats, easy and relaxed atmosphere.

Help
We are an Italian family with 2 young girls (14 and 12 yo) and a cat. We would love to welcome native English-speakers in order to introduce English conversation into our daily life. We'd love you to help with creative activities with the girls, to spend time with them speaking in English (2 or 3 afternoons). On the other hand I would appreciate some help with my work (related with sustainable travel). With pleasure we will share our every-day Italian cuisine and would love to learn about dishes from other places (we are fond of Asian cuisine).

We speak Italian at home but would love to use English as our daily language while an English-speaking workawayer is with us.
Accommodation
We have a small room with a single bed + a private bathroom with a shower for our guest (bathroom is not ensuite). We use to cook and eat together every day but sometimes, depending on the schedule, lunch may be more flexible and improvised. Guests are welcomed at our table as part of the family.
What else ...
Girls are at school from Monday to Friday until 3pm. We often do smart working from home (especially in the morning). Afternoons are more for going out and doing activities with the girls. Barcelona has an incredibly active life. Many museums, activities, shows are available. Impossible to get bored.
