    Description

Close to world-renowned Niseko, but far from the crowds of tourists, Iwanai has a unique charm of its own. New friends, delicious food, beautiful scenery, and memories await. We are always looking for hard-working, outgoing, and competent individuals interested in developing skills in service, IT, project management, general maintenance, marketing, and food preparation. If you have been traveling for a while and wish to sink your teeth into a project or just looking to get off the beaten trail, then this is the place for you.

Depending on the season, life/work on the mountain can get pretty tough. The accommodation is away from town, it gets pretty chilly at night and it's not unusual to find bugs and other wildlife around the house.

"Wa" is a Japanese cultural concept usually translated into English as "harmony". It implies a peaceful unity and conformity within a social group in which members prefer the continuation of a harmonious community over their personal interests. We all do our best to maintain the "WA" at work, at home, and especially when out in the community.

Please be aware of your surroundings and put your housemates and the local people before yourself.
